Clients often come to me because they're dealing with fatigue. That 3PM slump starts happening earlier and lasting longer, and their productivity, focus, and morale decline because of it.

Because it's such an issue these days, I put together an energy-boosting workshop to help people perform better throughout the day — not just at work but in their home lives too.
